This Privacy Policy describes how Redondo Beach Auto Gallery ("RBAG," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you visit our website at rbautogallery.com, visit our dealership at 339 S Pacific Coast Hwy, Redondo Beach, CA 90277, or use our services — including our educational program "The Come Up."

• Vehicle interest: which cars you've inquired about, scheduled test drives, or asked us to source
• Financing information: if you apply for financing, the details required by our lender partners (handled separately by those lenders under their own privacy policies)
• Trade-in details: information about a vehicle you offer to sell or trade
• Course/mentorship enrollment: billing handled by Whop and/or Stripe under their respective privacy policies; we receive your name and email to provision access
• Communications: text messages, emails, and call recordings (where legally permitted and disclosed)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and appointment requests
• Facilitate vehicle sales, financing applications, and trade-ins
• Provide access to The Come Up course and mentorship program

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed:

• Lender partners when you apply for financing
• Service providers (Whop, Stripe, Formspree, Discord, hosting and analytics) who process data on our behalf under contract
• Government authorities when required by law (DMV title transfers, tax filings, etc.)
• Successor entities in the event of a sale, merger, or reorganization

4. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide us with a phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us about your appointment, deal, or course access. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not send marketing texts without separate opt-in.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We use Google Maps for the lot location and Google Fonts for typography. Those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. The Whop checkout page is operated by Whop and is subject to Whop's privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain customer information for the longer of (a) seven years from the date of last transaction, in accordance with California dealer recordkeeping requirements, or (b) as long as needed to provide ongoing services. Course/mentorship records are retained for the lifetime of access.

7. Your Rights (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information (we do not sell). 8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
