These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rbautogallery.com and any related services provided by Redondo Beach Auto Gallery ("RBAG," "we," "us," or "our"), including vehicle sales, the dealership at 339 S Pacific Coast Hwy, and the educational program known as "The Come Up." By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
All used vehicles sold by RBAG are sold "AS-IS" unless an express written warranty is provided at the time of sale or a federally-required Buyers Guide indicates otherwise. The "as-is" designation means the dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. You should have any vehicle independently inspected before purchase.
Any manufacturer warranty that remains in force is between you and the manufacturer; we make no representations regarding its scope or transferability.
Vehicle prices, mileage, and availability are subject to prior sale and may change without notice. We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but typographical errors or system glitches may occur. The actual price is the price stated on the buyer's order and bill of sale signed at the dealership.
Test drives require a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. By taking a test drive, you accept full responsibility for the vehicle during the test drive period, including any damage caused by your operation. You agree to operate the vehicle lawfully and to indemnify RBAG against any traffic violations, tolls, or damage attributable to your operation.
Financing is offered through third-party lender partners. Approval is at the lender's sole discretion and is subject to credit qualifications. The "monthly payment" estimates shown on this site (e.g. "$199/mo · OAC") are illustrative only and depend on credit, term, down payment, and lender. Actual offers will be provided in writing.
The $97 course grants immediate, lifetime digital access to all course content, templates, and the student community at the moment of purchase. Because access is granted immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you waive any right of cancellation or refund under any applicable cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The $2,500 mentorship program is partially refundable under these conditions:

The Course and Mentorship are educational only. We do not guarantee any financial outcome, dealer license approval, or business result. Results depend on your effort, market conditions, capital, and many factors outside our control. The information provided is general education, not legal, tax, or financial advice — consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.
Course content, templates, and materials are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, repost, or share login credentials. Violation results in immediate termination of access without refund.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
All content on this site — including text, logos, images, course material, spreadsheets, and templates — is owned by RBAG or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without written permission, except where fair use applies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBAG and its affiliates, owners, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing us at hello@rbautogallery.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
